Wicked Wednesdays

Ah, the aftermath of starting school.  I had forgotten all about it.

That was, until yesderday afternoon.  "Go and play" I said.  "No, I won't!" said he.  And repeat.  Probably until blooming Christmas if past experience is to go by.

Tired out?  Why yes.  Of course he was.  *sigh*

    1. Yes, five of them at once was fun. The meltdown from the pre-teen was epic. Blooming back to school...

  2. I have had this with the return to nursery now that I am back to school. I said to the 3yo "You're tired aren't you?" and was screamed at "DON'T TELL ME YOU'RE TIRED AREN'T YOU!!!"....

  3. I never experienced this with my oldest but it has hit HARD with our second. He is competing for Grumpiest Kid in the Entire World right now, as we're already on week 3 of school and have yet to work out how to get him more rest. UUUUUGGGGGHHHHH!

    1. Urgh, honestly it's so vile isn't it? I want them to be sweet babies who nap when they are tired not grumpy and argumentative. It's the answering back that gets me the most!
